Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 1-3 days and are estimated to arrive at your doorstep within 1-2 weeks. We can't guarantee that the product will be delivered within 1-2 weeks, however, this is an updated average. There may be unforeseen circumstances or delays within your local postal service.

We aim to ship your order on the next business day. Delivery time depends on your location, and delivery days are Monday to Saturday with the exception of national holidays.

For customers outside of our country, your order might be subject to additional import costs like customs duties or local taxes, depending on your country’s rules. These fees are determined by your local government and not by LDNG.
