Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay and Afterpay, so you can split your purchase into interest-free payments. Plus the express options shown below.
Is it safe to use my card on your site?
Yes. Checkout is secured with industry-standard SSL encryption.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, on the same day you place it. Email support@ldngbrand.com right away. After that, production has started and the order can't be changed or cancelled.
Shipping & delivery
How long will my order take?
Every canvas and poster is printed to order just for you. Canvas production takes 3–4 business days, and physical orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days of purchase. Digital guides are delivered instantly. See below.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all canvas and poster orders. Digital guides don't ship, so there's nothing to pay.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and to Canada.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. You can also use the Track Your Order page. If you ordered a canvas and a poster together, they may ship separately with their own tracking numbers.
What if my order never arrives?
Email us with your order number. Once we verify it with the carrier, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Returns & guarantee
What if my canvas or poster arrives damaged?
It's covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee. Email support@ldngbrand.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement free of charge.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return on canvases and posters within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in the condition you received it, and the customer pays return shipping. Digital guides are free and delivered instantly, so they can't be returned. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email support@ldngbrand.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with instructions.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. The canvas or poster must be returned in the condition you received it. Once it arrives and we've inspected it, we'll email you to let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few business days to post them.
Can I exchange for a different size, design or format?
Yes. Return your canvas or poster in the condition you received it, and we'll issue store credit. Use it on a new size, a new design, or to switch between canvas and poster.

What's the difference between a canvas and a poster?
Canvas
Gallery-grade canvas stretched over a 1.25″ wood frame. Arrives ready to hang, in five sizes up to 40″ × 60″. A statement piece.
Poster
The same designs on premium matte paper in three sizes up to 24″ × 36″. A lower-cost way to put a reminder on your wall.
What canvas sizes do you offer?
Five sizes, all vertical with a 1.25″ depth:
- 16″ × 24″
- 20″ × 30″
- 24″ × 36″
- 32″ × 48″
- 40″ × 60″
What are your canvases made of?
A premium cotton-poly blend canvas stretched over radiata pine frames from FSC-certified forests. We print with UL-certified Greenguard Gold latex inks, which are non-toxic and made for rich, lasting color.
Does a canvas come ready to hang?
Yes. Every canvas arrives with hanging hardware attached and rubber backing to keep it steady on the wall.
What poster sizes do you offer?
Three vertical sizes on matte paper:
- 16″ × 24″
- 20″ × 30″
- 24″ × 36″
Do posters come framed?
Posters ship unframed, so you can style them your way. All three sizes fit standard ready-made frames. Want it ready to hang? Choose the canvas version of the same design.
Is every design available as both a canvas and a poster?
Most of our designs come in both formats. Check the product page for the formats each design is available in.
Digital guides
What are the digital guides?
Short, practical guides that go deeper on the mindset behind our art: building long-lasting habits, overcoming procrastination, mental resilience, wealth-building money habits and spotting the signs of burnout.
Are they really free?
Yes. Every guide is free. Add it to your cart and check out, on its own or with a canvas or poster order.
How do I get my guide?
After checkout you'll get an email with your download link. Nothing ships. If it isn't in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email support@ldngbrand.com.
